Ano Patissia is a neighbourhood in Athens, Greece, and home of the Ano Patissia station.
Near the ISAP station there are many businesses, including a large Internet cafe and billiard centre, many banks and companies,as well as one of the largest private schools in Greece,Lycée Léonin.
Further from the train station, there are the premises of Titan Cement, a Greek cement company, as well as buildings of many automotive companies.
Ano Patissia has pharmacies and a hospital, the Geniko Nosokomeio Patission (General Hospital of Patissia).
Development in Ano Patissia began in 1871. It was further developed in 1881.
